This low impact strength and aerobic training class focuses strongly on sholders, legs, abs & includes a long stretching segment!
Cardio Resistance
Enjoy this fresh approach to cardio with a workout that combines step, hi/lo, athletic drills, and intervals with resistance!
Cardio, Crunch, Core & Kick
A challenging class that combines resistance training/ core stabilization/ aerobic training including kickboxing, step & athletic drills!
Cycling
Intense sprints, jumps, and climbs are just part of this awesome, high calorie burning workout!  Terrific way to break the “metabolic RUT”!
Cycling Circuit
Cycling with a spin!  This class integrates fierce bursts of energy (on and off the bike) using plyometrics, sport moves, lunges, and even resistance tools!  One great way to increase speed, maximizes power, and develops endurance!
FIT express Plus!
This “quickie” workout is 30 minutes maximum of cardio followed by gentle stretching with the plus option of 15 more minutes of weight training.
Pilates
Basic, simple to follow Pilates mat training helps increase flexibility, build strength and tone!
Power Hour
Easy to follow, challenging & complete workout for all fitness levels.  Core training included.
Silver Sneakers! Cardio Circuit
Our Silver Sneakers program is designed for, but not limited to 65+ adults!
 Cardio Circuit combines fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.  Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography.  A chair is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.
Silver Sneakers! MSROM
Muscular Strength & Range of Movement:  Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.  Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated/standing support.
